Sam Worrall
A photo from the old station at Macduff and another showing what it looked like before it closed. Before it's closure it served the branch from Inveramsey on the Banff, Macduff and Turriff Junction Railway. This line was later absorbed by the Great North of Scotland Railway. The line (and station) was closed to passenger traffic in 1951 and then to freight ten years later in 1961.
