Layout Update: After more detailed inspection the the damage to the Ceiling in my Layout Room was worse then first thought but the Good News is that the work is already underway to repair it and by next week the work should be complete and the Layout work can then continue! I intend to try and update this Account more often going forward in 2023 so stay tuned!
