A Lokomotion autorack train being pulled by two Siemens Vectrons both respectively being leased to Lokomotion are seen cresting the final grade up to Brenner Pass as they pass the old and well maintained, 1928 built station at Brennersee 🇦🇹 This station was built in order to serve passengers from the nearby towns and to serve passengers coming from Brenner. There is not much history that covers the history of this station, but the station stopped serving passengers in the 1960s. Since then, the building has been exclusively used by ÖBB Infrastructure employees, hiding tools and machines for quick track repairs in the old rooms.
