These Steam Locos are Britannia Class 4-6-2 No. 70013 Oliver Cromwell and Black 5 4-6-0 No. 44781.
The 2 engines are seen near Blackburn on 4th August 1968 hauling stage 1 of the end of Steam Locomotive Club of Great Britain Farewell to Steam Railtour reporting number 1Z74 that had started in London St Pancras. Oliver Cromwell and Black 5 44781 were to take the train from Manchester Victoria to Blackburn.
