I spotted these two colorful hoppers down at Kent Nutrition (Formerly Blue Seal) at Arcade Junction, the interchange point between the Buffalo & Pittsburgh (leasing the line from Norfolk Southern ) and the Arcade & Attica (Privately owned Shortline).
