CURRENT: Steam Locomotive 45407 'The Lancashire Fusilier' (Front - 1st Photo) and 57313 'Scarborough Castle' (Rear - 3rd Photo) power through Armathwaite Station today with the 1Z79 15:09 Carlisle to Chester 'Settle and Carlisle Steam Special' Northern Belle service. The train had previously arrived into Carlisle from Telford Central via the West Coast Main Line behind a pair of Class 57's from Telford Central to Carnforth and then behind the Steam Locomotive onwards from Carnforth to Carlisle.
