Stopped down to the Western New York & Pennsylvania railroads's shops while I was down to Olean on an errand. One of the "new" GP15s, one of a set of four Ex-Union Pacific locomotives, was out back. There was 3 AC6000 units out today. While originally an All Alco railroad, things have been "shaken and then subsequently stirred" as management purchased a fleet of 6 GE six axle locos, which caused a stir in the community, then deciding to sell them back a few years later for the quad-pack of EMD locomotives, all while downsizing their Alcos by donating what they can.
