The very last train to run the whole length of the Somerset & Dorset was a Stephenson Locomotive Society Special from Bath Green Park to Bournemouth West on Sunday 6th March. Here. The train is seen approaching Blandford Forum behind an ex LMS Class 8F Locomotive No. 48706 and BR Standard Class 4 2-6-4T No. 80043.
