HERITAGE: On Saturday 31st August I paid a quick afternoon visit to the Severn Valley Railway taking a return journey from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster behind Steam Locomotives 13268 outbound and 4930 'Hagley Hall' on the return. This is the second of two posts from that visit... Photos 1 & 2 - Steam Loco 13268 stands at Kidderninster Town Station after arriving with the 14:50 Kidderminster to Bridgnorth service. Photo 3 - Class 08 13201 is seen stabled in Kidderminster Town Station. Photo 4 - Class 52 Western D1048 'Western Lady' is seen stabled in Kidderminster Town Station. Photo 5 - Steam Locomotive 4930 'Hagley Hall' stands at Kidderminster Town.Station awaiting departure with the 16:25 Kidderminster to Bridgnorth service. The Loco had previously worked the 12:05 Bridgnorth to Kidderminster service. Photo 6 - Class 14 D9551 running Light Engine from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster, passes the 16:25 Kidderminster to Bridgenorth service at Highley Station. Photo 7 - Class 52 Western D1015 'Western Champion' awaits departure from Bridgnorth Station with the 17:45 Bridgnorth to Kidderminster service. This Loco had previously arrived with the 15:35 Kidderminsiter to Bridgnorth service.
