Prior to the world instability issues, an equivalent to 20 miles of track was laid between an unnamed, unestablished town to the beautifully designed highrise city of Aloria tying the entire world together with the steel bands of progress.

Now I have to lay that 20 miles all over again, but for the highspeed rail project between Meadowview and Aloria. The unnamed, unestablished town is currently as far as the high speed rail spans, only spanning a wee 12 miles.
