This Steam Loco is a Royal Scot Class 4-6-0 No. 46155 The Lancer.
In 1964. Crewe Station platforms were a favourite with enthusiasts and here a good cop is seen in the form of Royal Scot 46155 built during July 1930 at Derby Works. It's last shed was Carlisle Kingmoor from where it was withdrawn on 12th December 1964 and scrapped at Arnott Young of Troon 2 months later.
