Here's a story about this Steam Locomotive. This Steam Loco is a Jubilee Class 4-6-0 No. 45732 Sanspareil. Seen in the confines of Preston Station. No. 45732 awaits the off with a goods train in 1963. The class was introduced in 1934 as an upgraded version of the Patriot Class designed by William Stanier with his trademark taper boiler. This engine was built on 29th October 1936 and withdrawn from Stockport Edgeley on 29th February 1964. 6 months later. It was cut up by GW Butler in Otley.
