The "Europe" ICE on one of his last services to Belgium. This ICE is a special livery for the Br406 (ICE3M). The ICE3 M used to run from Frankfurt (Main) to Bruxelles/Amsterdam. Since july these ICE's don't operate to other countries anymore other than Germany, they got replaced by the new ICE 3 Neo's.
