This Steam Loco is a Grange Class 4-6-0 No. 6819 Higham Grange.
A sad sight in a Shrewsbury Shed in 1962 is this once proud GWR Locomotive. Highnam Grange built in December 1936 at Swindon Works and scrapped in November 1965 by Cashmores of Newport.
