Well, today has had it's highs and lows! I was planning on seeing 50007 + 50008 working 'The Ore No More' railtour courtesy of the Branch Line Society somewhere along the Brighton Mainline working the run between Eastbourne and London Cannon Street but in the end I was unable to make it and I also had to miss 5Q89 my beloved as I ended up going out for lunch with a mate of mine, I'm not complaining though, it was very good! Anyway, earlier this evening I headed out to Cannon Street to try and get some decent photos of the set which I did! Then I raced over to London Bridge, ran from Platform 1 to 14 in attempt to catch a 455 to Brockley where I would see the 50's (hopefully) thrash through, but the stupid dispatcher, despite seeing me running, dispatched the train 45 SECONDS EARLY! This left me quite frustrated as you could imagine, so instead I had no other option but to see it there at London Bridge. But it doesn't stop there! I then bumped into the one and only Francis Bourgeois while seeing the 50's! Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a photo with him as he was in a rush for his train but at least I managed to see him!
