A Castle Class 4-6-0 No. 7031 Cromwells Castle takes on water at Truro before departing with the Up Cornish Riviera Express on 16th May 1959. Although the class was introduced by the GWR in 1923. The final members including No. 7031 were built by BR at Swindon in 1950. A Plymouth Laira Regular. The Loco ended its days at Worcester before being withdrawn in 1963. A great waste.
