Marriotts Way. Opened in 1882. Closed between 1952 and 1959. Norwich City to Aylsham. Norwich City, Hellesdon, Drayton, Attlebridge, Lenwade, Whitwell & Reepham, Reepham, Cawston and Aylsham South. The Norwich City to Melton Constable and the County School to Wroxham lines in North Norfolk were 2 completely separate railways that were only physically linked after passenger services ceased in their last years of operation. Since complete closure in 1985. The 24 mile route from Norwich to Aylsham via the famous Themelthorpe Curve has been reopened as a footpath and cycleway known as Marriotts Way.
