Here's a story about this Steam Locomotive. This Steam Loco is a BR Standard Class 4-6-0 4MT No. 75020. Seabirds and their calls compete with the steady throb of the BR Standard 4MT working in its home territory as it approaches Barmouth in North Wales having just crossed the Barmouth Bridge in July 1965 with a short train. It was built at Swindon Works on 30th November 1953 and designed at Brighton Works by RA Riddles. This 1965 shot shows the engine with the Oswestry Shed Plate. But it would soon be transferred to Carnforth from where it was withdrawn on 31st August 1968. It went from there to Campbells of Airdrie to be scrapped 3 months later.
