Hoover treasures of the SVR, collection of photos of class 50s running at the SVR autumn diesel gala at Kidderminster last weekend. Locos include 50007, 50033, 50049 all in BR Large logo livery seen throughout Saturday from sunrise to sunset. All freshly painted and looking spectacular. 50031, 50035 and 50044 were also present within Kidderminster visible round at the diesel depot yard sporting BR blue and Intercity liveries in the case of Hood. Certainly one of my favorite classes particularly in a gala setting, great looks, sound, and smell from these classic locos always making it a delight to see one thrashing away down the line.
