Amidst all the excitement about the WM 730s starting on the Walsall - Wolverhampton service, remember that the LNW equivalents are close on their heels too. These are 5 car units and do not have the open arrangement in the door wells that the 730/0s have so are more suited to long distance work. The outer bodies have a more pronounced round shape which, in certain lights make them look like the old LMS coaches. I can't wait to have a got on one of these. As you can see, the wrapping is not off some of the seats yet.
