A Class 707 Desiro City No. 707005 750 Volt DC was ordered from Siemens by the successful Stagecoach South West Trains franchise in 2014. Delivery commenced in 2017. However despite operating the franchise successfully. Stagecoach controversially lost out to First South Western in the summer of 2017. The units have entered service with First South Western operating from London Waterloo to Windsor & Eton and Weybridge via Brentford. No. 707005 is seen at Clapham Junction not long after being delivered in July 2017.
