The North Norfolk Railway has refurbished the 99-year-old carriages back to service for visitors to experience a trip through time aboard the 1920s commuter trains. The line’s 1924 Quad Articulated set is the only surviving example of the 1920s carriages which formed the majority of commuter trains out of Kings Cross for around three decades. Services will run from April 4 to 16, including during the line’s Spring Steam Gala, seeing the set run for the first time in 15 years
