Perhaps one of the most iconic trains of the Dutch Railways (NS) was the Mat '64 (Materieel ''64), nicknamed "monkey head". Originally created by Werkspoor, later produced by Talbot in Aachen. Plan T is a 4-car and Plan V is a 2-car EMU (Electric Multiple Unit). The train in this picture is a 2-car, or "bakken" in Dutch (treinstel 904).
