PKP Cargo ET42 Class electric, numbered 015 is seen leaving the small yard at Rykoszyn with the station's yard entrance signals visible in the background, pulling a long string of loaded corporate gondolas to Warsaw. The engine would never make it to Warsaw as it would be removed from the consist in the next city closest - Kielce and a ET41 would pull the train the rest of the way to Warsaw 🌃🇵🇱 This Russian built locomotive has only less than a month left before it is retired for good. Definitely the ET42 class of electrics went down in the book of Polish locomotive history as the strongest and best machines in the history of Polish Railroading 🚂⚡ Greetings to my colleagues who were spotting with me this day: @trainspotting_estonia @fotografia_kolejowa_fajlip Rykoszyn - Poland 🇵🇱 - October 2024 🍁🍂 #trainspotting #lineside #photo #train #electric #poland #pkpcargo
